Job summary

Adelphoi in Bradford County is seeking a Community Counselor to join the Family Relationship Coaching program. You will work with youth, families, caregivers and community partners to strengthen family relationships and improve outcomes for children.

A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field is required, along with strong communication and tech skills, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prevention, intervention, and reintegration services to youth and families

• Respond to crises and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with stakeholders and attend court hearings
• Uphold Trauma-Informed Care principles in all aspects of service delivery

Adelphoi is seeking a passionate Community Counselor to join our Family Relationship Coaching program in Bradford County. If you have a Bachelor’s in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, and want to make a difference in the lives of youth and families, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do
