Adelphoi Village Inc. seeks a Community Therapist to deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy to youth and families in Northumberland County, PA. The role is hybrid, with sessions conducted in-home and at offices, aiming to improve outcomes and leverage community resources.

You will assess, plan, and execute individualized treatment, collaborate with schools and caseworkers, and maintain thorough documentation while pursuing ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of therapeutic experience in human services also acceptable.
• Clearances required: Child Abuse, Criminal Background, FBI.

Responsabilités

• Provide trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy to youth and families in homes and communities.
• Complete assessments to guide treatment and monitor progress.
• Create and adjust individualized treatment plans reflecting each youth’s needs.
• Lead individual and family sessions to develop prosocial skills and resilience.
• Coordinate with schools, caseworkers, and other professionals for integrated support.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and progress notes.
