Adelphoi in Bradford County is seeking a Community Counselor to join our Family Relationship Coaching program. You'll work with youth, families, caregivers and partners to strengthen family relationships and improve outcomes for children.

A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required. The role offers a full-time schedule, evening and one weekend-day per week, a $1,500 signing bonus after 90 days, and comprehensive benefits.

Responsabilités

• Deliver prevention, intervention, and reintegration services to youth and families.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and oversight to parents and their children during family visits.
• Mentor caregivers in parenting.
• Respond to crises and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and attend court hearings.
• Uphold Trauma-Informed Care principles in all aspects of service delivery.
