Job summary

Adelphoi is seeking a Community Therapist to serve youth and families in Northumberland County, PA. The role operates in homes and community settings, offering trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions that drive sustainable outcomes.

You will work with a small caseload in a hybrid schedule, with supervision, training, and ongoing professional development opportunities, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• As minimum, a Master’s or Bachelor’s with two years’ therapeutic experience in human services.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Clearances: Child Abuse, Criminal Background, and FBI required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions in homes and communities.
• Build engaging partnerships with youth and families and assess needs.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans reflecting progress.
• Lead individual and family sessions to develop prosocial skills and resilience.
• Coordinate with schools, caseworkers, and other professionals for support.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and progress notes.
