Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a full-time clinician to provide trauma-informed therapy to youth aged 7 to 17 within a residential treatment setting.

Responsibilities include individual, group and family therapy, comprehensive assessments, discharge planning, crisis intervention, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Licensure eligibility in AZ is required or pursued.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Counseling or Social Work (or Psychology depending on relevance).
• One year of Clinician experience preferred and licensure eligibility with AZ Board (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LAAC, LIAC).
• Proficient computer skills and MS Office knowledge.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Therapeutic Services: Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Assessment & Planning: Complete clinical assessments and write discharge summaries.
• Crisis Management: Provide crisis intervention and safety planning.
• Collaboration: Work as a key member of the Child and Family Team with psychiatrists and care staff.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
