Responsibilities

• Deliver trauma-informed individual, family, and group therapy to adolescents and families.
• Coordinate treatment and collaborate with residential, education, nursing, and psychiatric staff.
• Ensure clinical care aligns with Stevens' philosophy and behavioral support model.
• Maintain active caseloads and participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary meetings.
• Support discharge planning and permanency goals; contribute to learning and quality improvement.
