WHAT THE ROLE IS

The Clinician is a core member of Stevens' Clinical Department, responsible for delivering trauma-informed individual, family, and group therapy to adolescents and their families. This role coordinates treatment, collaborates closely with residential, education, nursing, and psychiatric staff, and helps ensure that clinical care aligns with Stevens' philosophy and behavioral support model.

Clinicians maintain active caseloads, participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary meetings, support discharge planning and permanency goals, and contribute to a culture of learning, reflection, and quality improvement.

SCHEDULE, COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Schedule: Full-time, Exempt, Monday-Friday, standard business hours, with flexibility required
• Salary: $69,000-$72,000 annually, depending on experience and degree
