Job summary

Stevens Treatment Programs seeks a Clinician (Licensed Counselor) to provide trauma-informed individual, family, and group therapy to adolescents and their families in a congregate care setting. You will coordinate treatment with residential, education, nursing, and psychiatric staff to align with Stevens’ philosophy and behavioral support model.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree, is license-eligible, and can obtain independent licensure within six months.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health field.
• License-eligible to practice in the state.
• Ability to obtain independent licensure within six months of hire.
• Experience working with adolescents with behavioral health needs.
• Values strengths-based, culturally responsive, and family-centered treatment.
• Comfortable working within an interdisciplinary team.
• Clear and professional communication with youth, families, and systems partners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver trauma-informed individual, family, and group therapy to adolescents and their families.
• Coordinate treatment and collaborate with residential, education, nursing, and psychiatric staff.
• Maintain active caseloads and participate in treatment planning and meetings.
• Support discharge planning and permanency goals.
• Contribute to a culture of learning, reflection, and quality improvement.
