Job summary

Center for Human Development (CHD) seeks clinicians and clinical supervisors to join our integrated care teams across Western Massachusetts, with locations in Easthampton, Greenfield, and Orange. Flexible hours include nights and Saturdays.

You will provide intake assessments and individual, group, family, or couple therapy, create treatment and safety plans, and collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Family Therapy.
• License-eligible Clinician; independent licensure preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Provide initial intake assessments and conduct individual, group, family, or couple therapy.
• Care Coordination: Create comprehensive treatment plans and safety plans based on participant needs.
• Specialized Support: Work with individuals living at the intersections of poverty, justice involvement, and substance use recovery.
• Collaboration: Partner with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nursing, case managers, and recovery coaches.
• Documentation: Maintain high-quality clinical records using electronic health record systems.
