Job summary

Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking passionate clinicians and clinical supervisors to join our Western Massachusetts teams. We offer flexible schedules, including nights and Saturdays, and opportunities to work with diverse populations across Springfield, Holyoke, Palmer, and surrounding towns.

Clinicians must be licensed-eligible or independently licensed; supervisors must be independently licensed (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT/psychologist).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Family Therapy.
• Clinician: License-Eligible; Independent License preferred.
• Clinical Supervisor: Independently Licensed (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT/Psychologist).

Responsibilities

• Provide initial intake assessments and conduct individual, group, family, or couple therapy.
• Create comprehensive treatment plans and safety plans based on participant needs.
• Work with individuals living at the intersections of poverty, justice involvement, and substance use recovery.
• Partner with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nursing, case managers, and recovery coaches.
• Maintain high-quality clinical records using electronic health record systems.

About the Role

The Center for Human Development (CHD) isseekingpassionate, innovative, and detail-oriented Clinicians and Clinical Supervisors to join our growing integrated care teams across Western Massachusetts. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations, including children, transitional-aged youth, adults, and families. Our clinical focus is deeply rooted in trauma-informed care, person-centered support, and harm reduction .

Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Provide initial intake assessments and conduct individual, group, family, or couple therapy.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Family Therapy.
• Licensure:
• Clinician : Must be License-Eligible , Independent License preferred.
• Clinical Supervisor : Must be Independently Licensed(LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist).
• Skills: Strong therapeutic engagement skills, fidelity to evidence-based practices, and effective communication.
• Bilingual Skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish) individuals are highly encouraged to apply
• Logistics: Reliable transportation and the ability to pass required background checks (CORI).

Salary & Compensation-

Competitive starting rates are flexible based on experience and credentials:

• Licensed Eligible: Starting at $71,000
• Independently Licensed (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT): Starting at $85,000
• Clinical Supervisor: Starting at $92,000
