Zeeva Care in Los Angeles is seeking a Lead Clinical Supervisor to oversee a team of therapists while maintaining your own clinical caseload of 15 sessions per week. You will supervise 6 associates, guide case conceptualization, and ensure ethical, trauma-informed care.

The role emphasizes coaching, professional development, and adherence to BBS and HIPAA requirements. A leadership mindset and commitment to excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold active California licensure: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure clinical experience.
• Meets all California BBS requirements to provide supervision.
• Trauma-informed, whole-person clinical approach.
• Strong DSM-5 diagnostic expertise; HIPAA and ethics knowledge.
• Training/certification in evidence-based modalities.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a clinical caseload of 15 sessions per week to maintain quality care.
• Provide clinical supervision to 6 associate therapists: case reviews, DSM-5-TR checks, and co-signing.
• Lead group and individual supervision focused on clinical development and best practices.
• Deliver coaching, feedback, goal-setting, and professional development planning with clarity and warmth.
• Ensure clinical quality across case conceptualization, treatment planning, risk mitigation, and evidence-based intervention.
• Oversee licensure hour tracking and ensure BBS compliance for supervisees.
• Participate in supervisor team huddles and organizational growth as a collaborative team.
