Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation in Worcester, MA is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead a team of therapists and interns, oversee clinical programs for children, adolescents, and families, and drive evidence-based, trauma-informed care across services.

You will mentor staff, ensure compliance with DPH and accreditation standards, review documentation, and support professional growth while maintaining a reduced caseload.

Qualifications

• Masters or doctoral degree in clinical psychology or related field.
• Experience supervising clinicians and interns toward licensure.
• Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic approaches and mental health assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group supervision to clinicians, interns, and staff pursuing licensure.
• Offer case consultation and mentorship to support professional growth.
• Review and approve clinical documentation including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
• Support clinicians in crisis management and risk assessment.
