Qualifications

• Masters or doctoral degree in clinical psychology or related field is required.
• Licensed Behavioral Health professional (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT or licensed psychologist) is required.
• CANS certification is required.
• 1–3 years of related experience in behavioral health supervision is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group supervision to clinicians, interns, and licensure seekers.
• Offer ongoing feedback, case consultation, and mentorship to staff.
