Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a part-time Clinician for Children’s Congregate Care in Worcester, MA. You will deliver trauma-informed clinical services to children, adolescents, and families in residential and community settings, guided by a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes measurable outcomes, careful treatment planning, and collaboration with schools and agencies to promote healing and stability. A Masters in a related field is required and licensure eligibility is expected.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required in psychology, social work, counseling or related field.
• Licensed or license-eligible in Behavioral Health (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, psychologist).
• CANS certified.
• 1–3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children and adolescents in residential and community settings.
• Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing care with measurable outcomes.
• Deliver services that support emotional regulation, behavioral stability, and overall functioning.
• Maintain timely documentation in the EHR and meet productivity expectations.
