Seven Hills Foundation seeks a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to lead a team of therapists serving children, adolescents, and families in a trauma-informed, evidence-based program. You will oversee supervision, ensure high standards of care, and support licensure progress while managing complex cases.

The role requires licensure, master's or doctoral degree in a related field, and 1–3 years of supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Masters or doctoral degree in clinical psychology or related field.
• Licensed clinical license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed psychologist) is required.
• CANS certification is preferred.
• 1–3 years of related experience in behavioral health supervision is expected.
• Experience with evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group supervision to clinicians, interns, and staff pursuing licensure.
• Offer ongoing feedback, case consultation, and mentorship to support professional growth.
• Ensure clinical services meet best practices, ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.
• Review and approve clinical documentation including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Conduct case reviews and clinical audits to ensure quality and compliance.
• Support clinicians in managing complex, high-risk, and crisis cases and advise on risk assessment and safety planning.
• Maintain a reduced caseload and provide therapy to youth and families as needed.
• Develop trainings on clinical topics and encourage specialty development within behavioral health.
• Monitor performance metrics and assist in audits and reporting.

Education

CBHI services typically operate from 8:30 am to 8pm Monday through Friday. In some situations, clinical needs of families may require weekend availability.
