Job summary

Steppingstone, Inc. seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead the Clinical Team, oversee staff supervision, trainings, and the program budget, while ensuring accurate EHR data and contract compliance in a trauma-informed environment.

The role requires a Master’s degree, LMHC/LICSW licensure, 5+ years of counseling experience, 3+ years in leadership, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license. Some travel and flexible shifts may be needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, mental health, counseling or related field.
• Licensed LMHC/LICSW.
• Minimum of five years counseling in related fields.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in leadership and management.
• Ability to incorporate regulatory standards into clinical practice.
• Requires CPR certification every two years.
• Good working knowledge of computers, EHRs and data collection.
• Valid driver’s license due to business travel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned personnel and conduct regular staff meetings.
• Provide in-service training and professional development.
• Oversee fiscal budget, invoicing and EHR oversight.
• Provide direct counseling services when needed.
• Ensure trauma-informed, confidential, high-quality care.
• Monitor consumer progress and conduct clinical reviews.
• Deliver individual, family and group therapy when required.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monthly reports.
• Ensure regulatory/compliance standards are met and coordinate meetings.
