Job summary

GRO Community in Cincinnati seeks a committed Clinical Assessor to provide structured clinical consultation and evaluation services for program participants.

Responsibilities include conducting standardized assessments (CANS, OYAS, ORAS), collecting psychosocial data, documenting findings, and maintaining weekly productivity. Requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, and IM+CANS cert at hire with LSW preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Services, or a related field (required).
• Masters Degree preferred.
• IM+CANS Certification required at hire or within 1 month of onboarding.
• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) credential preferred or required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured clinical interviews and complete standardized assessments (CANS, OYAS, ORAS) to determine needs and level of care.
• Collect psychosocial, behavioral, and functional information to support care recommendations.
• Document findings and submit assessments timely.
• Maintain weekly productivity and submit weekly performance data.
• Collaborate with clinical supervisors and Medical Admin to ensure high-quality client care.
• Attend supervision, team meetings, and professional development trainings.
• Comply with HIPAA, confidentiality policies, and organizational standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical/behavioral health diagnoses and medications.
