Job summary

GRO Community seeks a Clinical Assessor to conduct structured clinical interviews and complete standardized assessments (CANS, OYAS, ORAS) to determine needs and eligibility for services. You will collect psychosocial data and document findings for individualized care planning, while meeting weekly productivity targets.

Onsite with a hybrid schedule, the role emphasizes collaboration with clinical supervisors and adherence to HIPAA and confidentiality policies while supporting trauma-informed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Services, or related field required.
• IM+CANS Certification required at hire or within one month of onboarding.
• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured clinical interviews and complete standardized assessments (CANS, OYAS, ORAS) to determine needs and level of care.
• Collect psychosocial, behavioral, and functional information to support care recommendations.
• Accurately document findings and submit assessments timely.
• Maintain weekly productivity in line with performance standards.
• Collaborate with clinical supervisors and Medical Admin to ensure high-quality client care.
• Attend supervision sessions, team meetings, and trainings.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality policies.
