This vital role involves assisting clients during their stay, ensuring they feel safe and cared for. Responsibilities include client orientation, medication management, crisis intervention, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and preferably experience in care-related roles. Qualifications

• Prior experience as a CNA, Behavioral Health Technician, or similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care or adult residential treatment is a plus.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to clients throughout their stay.
• Monitor client Advocate phone line and triage incoming requests.
• Lead occasional group activities and maintain campus cleanliness.
