Youth and Family Advocates seeks an entry-level Transportation Aide to support the CBC program. You will provide transportation for children under the supervision of program management and assist the case management team, while maintaining trauma-informed care and confidentiality.

Responsibilities include vehicle maintenance, documenting services, and coordinating on-call transportation as needed. A positive, culturally sensitive attitude and teamwork are essential.

Competenze

• Experience in Human Services or childcare preferred.
• Minimum age of 21 with four years of driving history.
• Clean driving record with no moving violations
• Willing to submit to Level II Background Screening and Drug Urinalysis.

Mansioni

• Provide transportation and supervise children as identified by the case management team.
• Assist the case management team and provide support services.
• Maintain vehicle and submit required paperwork.
• Conduct vehicle maintenance and address maintenance needs.
• Oversee visitations as assigned by the case management team.
• Create a safe and welcoming environment for youth and families.
• Complete service documentation promptly.
• Follow trauma-informed practices and maintain confidentiality.
