YFA (Youth and Family Advocates) in Brooksville, FL seeks a Family Support Worker to provide transportation for CBC children and assist the case management team in delivering services.

This entry-level, in-person role requires a Florida driver's license with four years of driving history, a clean record, and willingness to undergo a Level II background screening and drug testing; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in Human Services or childcare preferred.
• Minimum four years of driving history.
• Clean driving record with no moving violations.
• Willing to submit to Level II Background Screening and Drug Urinalysis.

Responsabilités

• Provide transportation for children in the CBC program.
• Assist the case management team with support services.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Be patient and able to communicate well with children and parents.
• Be open-minded, culturally sensitive, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Stay organized and manage time efficiently.
• Coordinate on-call transport as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow ethical practices.
