Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work required.
• Minimum two years in case management OR
• Minimum two years of direct service to the targeted population or similar experience.
• Strong understanding and sensitivity to diverse cultures and lifestyles, with demonstrated experience working effectively with Alaska Native population.

Responsibilities

• Assesses consumer needs and develops a case plan with the consumer.
• Maintains constant communication with the consumer and protects confidentiality.
• Coordinates and provides client-centered services and outreach.
• Provides trauma-informed, culturally competent holistic services to victims.
• Develops and maintains client case records and prepares biweekly/quarterly reports.
• Collaborates with community agencies to coordinate and facilitate services for consumers.
