Job summary

Cook Inlet Tribal Council, Inc. in Alaska is seeking a Case Manager I/II to support participants across Recovery Services and Behavioral Health, delivering comprehensive case management for outpatient and residential programs.

You will build skills with participants, coordinate care, and provide psychoeducation, using a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to promote treatment goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in case management or related behavioral health field.
• Ability to work with Alaska Native and American Indian communities.
• Knowledge of ASAM/DSM-5 is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload with direct-service hours and billable services.
• Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in EHR.
• Coordinate care with referrals and community providers.
• Provide individual and group case management and psychoeducation.
• Support transportation and external care coordination
