Sunny Glen Children’s Home is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to coordinate services for Unaccompanied Children, ensuring timely referrals and thorough documentation. You will liaise with healthcare and educational staff to support safe reunification and continuity of care.

The role requires a 4-year degree in a related field, strong communication, and trauma-informed practice. Expect a busy schedule with evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or other human services field from an accredited college or university.
• Child welfare and/or case management experience is strongly encouraged.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a caseload in accordance with agency policies and licensing standards.
• Conduct initial intake of children to gather sponsorship/family information.
• Coordinate referrals, service planning, and client documentation.
