Qualifications

• BA/BSW and 3 years of experience in trauma-informed, behavioral, or public health settings.
• Master’s degree in social work, public health, counseling, clinical psychology, or related field.
• LPC/LSW licensure preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in a language other than English preferred.
• Strong culturally responsive communication and written/verbal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake, outreach, and short-term case management.
• Screen for income supports and benefits; advocate for participants.
• Establish service plans, review progress, and determine case closures.
• Provide counseling addressing motivational and psychosocial issues.
• Collaborate with internal and external program staff and agencies.
• Develop, implement, and follow up on treatment plans; ensure funder reporting.
