FosterAdopt Connect in Topeka is seeking a BI Case Coordinator to support families through the Behavioral Interventionist program, providing resources, advocacy, and leadership to staff. You will work with caregivers, BI teammates, and community partners to ensure high-quality services and positive outcomes for children and families.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in nonprofit social services or 3+ years in leadership, with strong verbal and written communication,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree required, plus two years of experience working in nonprofit social service agencies in social work, psychology, public administration, or a related human services field and/or a minimum of three years' experience in previous leadership positions.
• Strong verbal communication skills and demonstrated skills to write clearly and effectively.
• Adaptable and proactive self-starter with strong attention to detail, organization, and the skilled in managing multiple priorities.

• Provide support, resources, and advocacy to families served while providing leadership and job coaching to direct care Behavioral Interventionists.
