FosterAdopt Connect in Missouri is seeking a BI Case Coordinator to provide 1:1 trauma-informed support, resources, and advocacy to families served by our Behavioral Interventionist program. You will collaborate with caregivers, BI staff, and partners to promote quality services and positive outcomes for children and families.

The role offers leadership and coaching to BI team members, flexible scheduling including evenings/weekends, and travel within Kansas, Missouri, and nationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2+ years in nonprofit social services or 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptable self-starter with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 trauma-informed support to children and families.
• Advocate for families, coordinate resources, and mentor BI staff.
• Collaborate with caregivers, BI leadership, and community partners to drive positive outcomes.
