Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year experience working with trauma survivors.
• Knowledge of child development and behavior management.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and supervision for residents.
• Observe and promote positive social behavior.
• Administer and record medications as ordered.
• Maintain shift documentation and incident reports.
• Observe and assist in clinical group activities.
