Job summary

IMPOWER, Inc. is seeking a Care Coordinator in Orlando, FL to help individuals start services, stay on track with care, and connect to community resources. You will coordinate intakes, schedule appointments, verify insurance, assist with telehealth access, and document in the EHR.

You will collaborate with case managers and clinic staff to link clients to resources, track prescriptions, and support trauma-informed care. Medicaid-requirements-based psychosocial rehab groups are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a medical, behavioral health, or psychiatric setting.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license, negative drug screen, and Level II background screening required.

Responsibilities
