Job summary

Indiana Treatment Centers – Columbus is seeking a licensed Therapist to deliver individual, group, and family therapy within a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented setting in Indiana. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, coordinate care, and ensure high-quality documentation.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client safety, stabilization, and long-term recovery, while maintaining compliance with state and payer standards and contributing to program

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field.
• Willingness to obtain provisional state license (e.g., LMHC-A, LMFT-A, LCAC-A).
• Current CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and risk screenings in accordance with DSM-5 and state guidelines.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans aligned with ASAM criteria and client needs.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, MI, etc.).
• Document therapy services accurately and within required timeframes, following Medicaid, payer, and licensing standards.

Education

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
