Job summary

Hickory House Recovery in Indiana seeks a licensed behavioral health clinician to provide individual, group, and family therapy for adults with substance use and behavioral health issues. Candidates should be trained in DBT, EMDR, CBT and MI, with ability to perform bio-psychosocial assessments and participate in discharge planning.

Responsibilities include timely documentation, participation in a multi-disciplinary team, UR reviews, on-call rotation, and family involvement as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health or related field.
• Current Indiana professional license.
• 2+ years experience in behavioral healthcare.
• Residential treatment experience preferred.
• Specialization in Mood Disorders, Anxiety, Addiction, Eating Disorders
• Maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literacy and EMR use
• Knowledge of best practices in behavioral medicine
• Sound clinical judgment and decision-making

Responsibilities

• Provision of individual, group, and family therapy
• Timely and complete medical record documentation
• Bio-psychosocial Assessment
• Master treatment plan and discharge planning
• Participation in UR concurrent reviews as necessary
• Participation in Family Program, if needed
• Participation in Clinical On-call Rotation
• Participation in Multi-disciplinary treatment team
• Provision of in-service education for staff as requested
• Participation in Peer Review process
• Adherence to facility policy and procedures, State & Federal law, and CARF accreditation regulations and standards
