Treatment and Support Center (TASC) in Columbus, Indiana is hiring an Outpatient Clinical Therapist to deliver evidence-based behavioral health treatment to adults with substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions. You will provide individual counseling, facilitate groups, and develop personalized treatment plans within a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a behavioral health field is required.
• Current Indiana behavioral health license or eligibility (CADAC eligible).
• Experience in behavioral health counseling and group facilitation preferred.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health and substance use assessments.
• Provide individual counseling based on treatment needs and recovery goals.
• Facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups.
• Develop, implement, review, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with medical providers and community resources.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records.
• Follow HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and professional ethics standards.
