Job summary

Erie Neighborhood House seeks a Clinical Therapist to deliver trauma-informed behavioral health services to individuals and families. You will conduct assessments, therapy, and case management while collaborating with internal programs and community partners.

The role focuses on immigrant and underserved communities; you will expand access to quality mental health services and contribute to program evaluation and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field.
• Minimum two (2) years of professional clinical experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 40-Hour Domestic Violence Training Certificate.
• Experience with immigrant, low-income, or culturally diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed behavioral health services.
• Maintain an active caseload (≤ 20).
• Collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
• Document confidential clinical records per standards.
• Coordinate care with partner agencies and funders.
