Qualifications

• Active QMAP certification or ability to obtain it.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Basic understanding of addiction and trauma care.
• Experience with peer support or recovery navigation is valued.
• Strong boundaries, documentation skills, and professional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client safety and participation during 12-hour shifts.
• Assist with client orientation, schedule structure, and community accountability.
• Use trauma-informed de-escalation techniques to manage crises.
• Facilitate basic psychoeducational groups and communicate observations to clinical staff.
• Support medication administration (QMAP), meals, and transportation when needed.
