Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related behavioral health field.
• Five+ years of behavioral health clinical experience with diverse populations (SMI/SED/DD/SUD).
• Three+ years of clinical supervision experience.
• Active, unrestricted LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license.
• Credentialing requirements, CPR, crisis intervention/de-escalation training, and First Aid as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and support for daily clinical operations within assigned service areas.
• Monitor clinical services to ensure quality treatment delivery, patient access, and continuity of care.
• Review and analyze clinical and operational performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of evidence-based behavioral health practices.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, and other stakeholders to support integrated patient care.
