Job summary

TeamBuilders Behavioral Health, LLC seeks a Clinical Supervisor to provide supervision, oversight and coordination for assigned programs in New Mexico. You will conduct psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, crisis response and individual, group and family therapy, while supporting staff development.

Under the Chief Clinical Officer, you will ensure professional standards, regulatory compliance and effective collaboration with program managers, families, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Must hold NM licensure in MD/DO, PhD, PsyD, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, CNP, or RN.
• Minimum of three years of licensed clinical experience with SED/NBD children or SMI/SUD adults.
• Ability to develop, organize, plan, and document clinical services; supervise clinical personnel.
• Must be computer literate to comply with BHSD standards and data systems.

• Provide clinical supervision, oversight, and coordination for assigned programs/catchment area.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments, treatment/service planning, crisis response, individual, group and family therapy, and staff training/support as assigned.
