Job summary

Integral Care is seeking a Behavioral Health Specialist in Austin, TX to develop clinical skills and earn supervised hours toward licensure. This full-time role at the Stonegate Clinic focuses on providing psychosocial rehab, emotional support, intensive case management, and service coordination for adults with complex needs.

Responsibilities include diagnostic evaluations, strength and symptom assessments, and coordinating access to medical, behavioral health, and social services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field; Master's preferred.
• Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Experience working with individuals with mental illness, behavioral health needs, and/or substance use issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial rehabilitative skills training and intensive case management to clients.
• Coordinate services with internal and external providers to support independence and housing stability.
• Participate in diagnostic evaluations and assess strengths, impairments, and symptoms to tailor services.
• Maintain trauma-informed, recovery‑oriented relationships with diverse clients.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field
