Family Care Center in Austin, TX is seeking an independently licensed behavioral health clinician to provide counseling and mental health services within our office setting. You will assess, diagnose, and treat a range of mental health concerns, partnering with a diverse team to deliver comprehensive care.

Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, delivering evidence-based therapy, coordinating referrals, and maintaining compliant records.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with individuals across age ranges.
• Licensure as LCSW/LPC/LMFT required; Registered play therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health counseling services in an office setting.
• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to determine clients' needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments and client goals.
• Provide evidence-based counseling using various therapeutic modalities.
• Maintain client records and comply with treatment plans and ethical standards.
