Job summary

Integral Care in Austin, TX is seeking a Crisis Residential Specialist QMHP to support stabilization and continuity of care for adults in crisis. You will perform case management, assessment, and service coordination in line with program guidelines, linking clients and families to resources and coordinating goals.

This role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, a valid driver's license, and at least 1 year of experience in crisis residential or behavioral health settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field, required.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced practice.
• Current and valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis residential care with recovery-focused, person-centered approach.
• Conduct case management, assessment and service coordination per guidelines.
• Link clients and families to resources and coordinate updated client goals.
• Collaborate with clients, first responders, and community partners to address crises and plan relapse prevention.
