Job summary

WellPower in the Greater Denver metro area seeks a Program Manager to provide clinical and administrative supervision to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring trauma-informed, person-centered care and strong operational outcomes. You will support staff development, monitor service hours and documentation, oversee budgets and partnerships, and drive program innovation aligned with organizational goals.

This hybrid role requires Colorado licensure, 4+ years clinical practice and 2+ years supervisory

Qualifications

• Requires a master's degree in a relevant field.
• Active Colorado license in good standing.
• Minimum 4 years of clinical services experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to multidisciplinary staff, ensuring efficient operations and delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed care.
• Hold staff accountable for achieving service hour expectations, meeting performance metrics, and maintaining timely, accurate documentation and billing.
• Support staff development through training, mentoring, reflective supervision, and performance evaluations.
• Conduct timely evaluations and ongoing performance conversations, offering coaching, constructive feedback, and disciplinary action when necessary.
• Ensure clinical documentation and case management services meet organizational, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Coordinate daily operations, staff scheduling, team coverage, and service delivery to meet community and consumer needs.
• Lead innovation in program design and service delivery to strengthen and expand behavioral health offerings.
• Monitor program outcomes and implement continuous improvements to enhance service effectiveness and impact.
