Job summary

Colorado Coalition for the Homeless seeks a Behavioral Health Clinician II to provide comprehensive mental health and substance use treatment in supportive housing or residential settings. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, deliver individual and group therapy, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote stability and recovery.

The role requires a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or psychology, active licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LPC), and experience with

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT or LPC.
• Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify behavioral health needs.
• Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy tailored to client needs.
• Create, monitor and update individualized treatment plans with measurable outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and connect clients to resources as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and participate in interdisciplinary care.
