Health Solutions West in Rifle, CO is seeking a Clinician II to provide clinical assessment, crisis intervention, and therapy to a diverse client base. The role develops and monitors treatment plans, documents progress, and collaborates with a treatment team to deliver quality care.

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in human services or related field, be licensed in Colorado, and preferably hold or pursue CAC designation; two years post-graduate experience preferred.

• CAC designation or pursuing designation as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical assessment and crisis intervention.
• Deliver individual, family and group therapy.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans and progress.
• Maintain clinical charts and reporting data.
• Collaborate within a clinical treatment team.
