Job summary

Benchmark Human Services is seeking a Behavioral Clinician to consult with IDD/BH providers, delivering trauma-informed, person-centered supports and crisis interventions. You’ll train agencies, assist with plan development, and provide clinical guidance to staff across the provider network.

Flex schedule and travel are required, with a hybrid blend of remote and in-person work within Summit Community Care’s network.

Qualifications

• Requires master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, social work or related field.
• Credentialed LPC or LCSW license required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting IDD/BH populations, including crisis situations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to referrals in a timely manner as assigned by Team Lead or Director.
• Develop and provide training on person-centered supports and trauma-informed care.
• Assist providers with development and monitoring of Person-Centered Plans and Crisis Safety Plans.
• Provide direct behavioral health interventions to clients per credential/licensure.
• Provide supervision to practitioners working toward licensure.
• Collaborate with director and team on training and provider support activities.
• Attend agency, departmental, and client-specific meetings as directed.

Knowledge of DHS/DDS/DAABHS regs

Education

Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, social work or related field

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

CPR and First Aid Certification
