Job summary

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions is seeking a qualified clinician to provide patient visits and support treatment plans for diverse clients in the assigned service area. The role emphasizes collaboration with case management and psychiatric services to ensure quality outcomes.

Applicants should hold a social work degree (BSW/MSW) with licensure options such as LSW/LISW/LPC/LPCC/LMFT, plus prior therapy experience. Travel within the area and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field with one year of therapy experience, or Master's degree in Social Work or Professional Counseling.
• License or equivalent: LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LMFT, LIMFT, LIMFT-S

Responsibilities

• Providing patient visits as scheduled.
• Ensuring treatment plans are up to date for each client.
• Completing comprehensive and succinct progress notes.
• Communicating and following up as needed regarding the client's status.
• Working collaboratively with those providing case management and/or psychiatric services.
