Job summary

Rae of Hope, LLC is seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral assessment, treatment planning, consultation, and clinical oversight for children and adolescents receiving behavioral health services in Maine. The BCBA will develop evidence-based interventions, monitor progress with data, and support staff and families in implementing treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree or higher in behavior analysis or related field.
• Current Maine licensure or eligibility to obtain and maintain credentials.
• Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing behavior support plans.
• Experience with children/adolescents with behavioral/mental health needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and evaluations.
• Develop behavior support plans and intervention strategies.
• Establish measurable goals and data-collection procedures.
• Provide clinical consultation to BHPs, supervisors, and caregivers.
• Train staff and caregivers in behavior support plan implementation.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure adherence to HIPAA and regulations.
