Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress.

Applicants should hold BCBA certification in good standing and a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards.
