Job summary

The Goodwill Excel Center, part of Goodwill Central Texas, seeks an Academic Success Coordinator to lead student achievement and graduation planning in a trauma-informed environment. You will advise students, coordinate graduation plans, manage testing coordination, and collaborate with campus and district teams to ensure smooth transitions from enrollment to graduation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Master’s degree OR Texas Teaching Certification.

Responsibilities

• Guide and advise students toward academic success by managing and monitoring student information, creating personalized class schedules, and supporting graduation planning.
• Develop and maintain Personal Graduation Plans aligned with each student’s pathway to graduation.
• Facilitate student transitions through graduation and coordinate with staff for post-graduation planning.
• Support the Master Schedule design to meet student needs and TEA/district requirements.
• Collaborate with instructors to adjust learning plans based on intake assessments and benchmark data.
• Serve as campus testing coordinator for assessments, managing logistics and test security.
• Act as Administrator in Charge in the absence of the Campus Director.
