Responsibilities

• Build positive, trauma-informed relationships with students district-wide.
• Conduct 1-on-1 check-ins to set daily goals and review progress.
• Provide real-time coaching during academic or behavioral challenges.
• Assist students with developing self-advocacy, time management, and organization.
• Support classroom assignments and executive functioning under teacher guidance.
• Escort or support students to different settings to ensure academic access.
• Help implement classroom accommodations in real-time.
• Implement Tier 2/3 behavioral interventions and IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers and counselors to review data and adjust strategies.
