You will champion evidence-based practices, coordinate multidisciplinary rounds, and mentor bedside nurses to maintain safety and quality.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, with an MSN preferred, an active RN license, and a current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• RN license in state or compact required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Current BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross required.
• 3+ years of nursing in acute critical care; 1+ years of leadership experience.
