Job summary

Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, GA is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. You will collaborate with providers, teach patients and families, and ensure accurate documentation and timely interventions.

Responsibilities include regular pain assessment, executing physician orders, and supporting ongoing patient education and self-management.

Qualifications

• ACLS must be obtained within 60 days of start date.
• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days.
• PALS pediatric advanced life support within 60 days.
• TNCC must be obtained within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patient pain and comfort per protocol.
• Perform procedures and monitor patients as ordered.
• Document care accurately in the medical record.
• Teach patients and families about condition, plan, meds, follow-up.
• Promote healthy lifestyle changes and self-management.
